BUT D’OXFAM: Travailler avec les autres pour trouver des solutions durables a la pauvreté et la souffrance.TEAM PURPOSE: suggest whatever the team purpose is for Supply and Logistics teamJOB PURPOSE: The purpose of the Helios Focal Point (HFP) role is to support all business functions (Programme, Finance, Logistics) involved in programme delivery in Haiti in the use of HELIOS process and system, including user support, training, capacity building and communications with the Central team in Oxford to ensure issues and queries raised by the users in Haiti are resolved promptly.


Fonctions

· Develop and practice the skills and competencies to train a diverse group of users by participating in the HELIOS Training of Trainer event organised by the Helios team. · Obtain a high level of proficiency in the use of, and training in the HELIOS system.· Obtain a good working knowledge of Oxfam GB Supply Chain business processes and procedures and the working context in Haiti; Understand how the implementation processes and procedures is supported by HELIOS system· Create and maintain information in HELIOS master files (e.g. information on suppliers, locally procured items, partners etc)· Coordinate with nominated HELIOS champions within other functional teams in Haiti Programme to ensure Helios processes are adhered to and system data quality is maintained consistently· Work with the management team to ensure that the progress against the measures from the Helios Benefit Tracking Tool is tracked and shared with the Central Functional Support team in Oxford · Work in coordination with the Logistics and Finance managers, to ensure that duplicate books/document templates are in order and on standby for use in the event of system failure. In the event of system or connectivity failure, the HFP will coordinate with other users to ensure that information captured on paper will be entered onto the system when the failure is resolved.· Liaise with the Central Functional Support Team in Oxford to report any issues or bugs found in the Helios system; help prioritise issues and problems by providing information on the impact on users· Deliver Helios process and systems training to new users and provide refreshers to existing users as and when required; Also liaise with the Central Functional Support team in the event where demand for training required support from Oxford· Act as a champion for the Helios project within Haiti Programme· Manage internal Helios related communications – ensuring staff are aware of any bug-fixes, enhancements or other events, which may have an impact on the operational use of Helios.


Qualifications réquises

· Clear written and verbal English and French communications skills for writing documentation and delivering training events (E)· Detail oriented – required for set up and maintenance of master data within HELIOS system environment (E)· Interpersonal skills required for effective training, including presentation, facilitation and coaching skills, sensitivity and assertiveness (E)· Experience of training and coaching others in using system applications and facilitating improved understanding of related changes to ways of working (D)· Team worker with ability to collaborate and influence others (E)· Aptitude for quickly developing own expertise and knowledge of a software package to a high technical level (E)· Good time management skills in order to prioritise and plan scheduled and unscheduled work (E)· Commitment to the values of Oxfam and an appreciation of the problems of operating computers in developing countries.
Other· Previous experience in a Supply and Logistics role either within private or humanitarian sector(E)
