Since early 2022, Fondasyon MWÈM has been working with a consortium of partners, including Blue Butterfly, Summits Education, Digital Promise, Anseye Pou Ayiti (APA), and Model School Network (MSN), to introduce blended learning — the combination of digital and face-to-face instruction — to 12 primary schools from the APA and MSN networks in the rural areas of Mirebalais and Gonaives, Haiti. This pilot project focuses on (i) improving the capabilities of Haitian teachers to deliver high-quality learning using technology and tools; (ii) expanding the availability of culturally relevant, standards-aligned, Haitian-Creole digital content to teachers and students; and (iii) improving accessibility to broadband connectivity and electricity for schools and school networks.

The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive M&E system to collect relevant data, track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform program decision-making.

Responsibilities:
? Assist in the development of a Monitoring & Evaluation plan aligned with project objectives.
? Assist in designing and implementing a robust monitoring system to collect and analyze data on program activities, outputs, and outcomes.
? Assist in developing data collection tools and instruments, ensuring data quality and adherence to ethical research practices.
? Manage the collection, cleaning, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
? Prepare clear, concise, and informative reports on program performance, including progress reports, annual reports, and evaluation findings.
? Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and inform program adjustments.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Education, Monitoring & Evaluation, International Development, or a related field.
? Experience designing and implementing M&E systems for education programs in Haiti.
? Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
? Experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
? Excellent analytical, writing, and reporting skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (SPSS, Stata, etc.).
? Experience working in Haiti or a similar developing country context is a strong plus.
? Fluency in English, French and Haitian Creole.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Commitment to social justice and improving educational opportunities for children.
