The Hospital Programs Coordinator will work closely with the Deputy Director General of SBH and report to the Chief Program Officer, based in the US.


Fonctions

HEI/SBH is seeking a Hospital Programs Coordinator who will have the primary responsibility of collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams at St. Boniface Hospital and the Programs staff in the US. S/he will be responsible for gathering programmatic data and information, monitoring and evaluating program activities, reporting key achievements, and providing administrative support for program-specific trainings, conferences, and meetings. The position is dynamic in nature and requires ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, including teams in Fond des Blancs and Boston/USA. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications réquises

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with staff on of hospital programs, such as MNCH, Community Development, IHSD and Community Health
· Work with staff to track program-specific activities through monthly reports
· Collect and review monthly program reports, and filing in online database
· Provide support for effective and efficient implementation of the majority of the hospital programs
· Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences with relevant clinical and administrative staff
· Track and report on program-specific activities and impact
· Participate in weekly Programs team meetings and monthly Programs meetings
· Report regularly to the Chief Program Officer
· Submit monthly reports to supervisor
· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
· At least three years of experience in a related field
· Proven skills in hospital-based project coordination
· Demonstrated experience in organizational and administrative coordination
· Effective communication with clinical and administrative teams
· Strong written, oral, communications, and presentation skills
· Fluent in oral and written English and Haitian Creole
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to work well with government, non-governmental organizations, and a wide range of stakeholders in project implementation
· Dedicated to serving vulnerable populations
