Zanmi Lasante is recruiting an M&E Manager (MEM) for the Program to “Strengthen Safety Nets for Vulnerable Populations” – Component 2: Access to basic health and social support for residents of fragile areas. The overall purpose of the project, from January 2023 to December 2026, is to contribute to reducing food insecurity and to increase the medium- and long-term resilience among vulnerable populations in Haiti. This will be achieved by (specifically related to component 2): Improving access to basic health and other social services for vulnerable households living in fragile neighborhoods; through cash transfers and complementary services to beneficiaries in the Central Plateau and the lower-Artibonite departments, as well as other areas deemed feasible.


Qualifications réquises



Under the direction of the COP and with secondary supervision of the Director of Strategic Information Unit, the MEM leads and manages the daily operations of PIH/ZL’s IADB reporting, troubleshoots electronic data systems issues to meet both internal and external information requirements. The MEM works collaboratively with other departments (especially the clinical team) to develop plans for continuous, evidence-based performance improvement and organizational learning, and ensures the accurate and timely communication of results to IADB. This role will also help ensure that ongoing changes and improvements to PIH’s electronic medical records systems fulfill all IADB reporting and program management requirements.



Duties

• Guide the development and management of ZL/PIH’s strategic information systems to better meet all IADB reporting requirements

• Support the social protection Data Manager and data team to ensure data quality, accuracy and timeliness for PIH/ZL’s social protection program;

• Provide regularly updated reports on the status of implementation against the project goals and objectives to the COP, and other key partners as required and conduct regular data audits across all supported facilities

• Provide supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring to Strategic Information team members

• Facilitate periodic inter-departmental meetings among the Clinical, Informatics, and Strategic Information departments to coordinate information sharing, discuss information needs and challenges, and define requirements for updating systems to reflect evolving priorities

• Represent ZL/PIH’s M&E unit in IADB-related meetings and technical working groups

• Demonstrate capacity to provide the technical team with accurate data that facilitate the writing of the narrative of IADB Periodic reports.

• Collaborate with IADB project team in identifying project activities, processes and/or outcomes that are worthy of documentation, and design a system for capturing lessons learned and best practices.
