We are looking for a dedicated Electrotechnical Engineer who will perform various functions, including but not limited to:

• Provides support with project development of hybrid solution from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicates project updates and progression to clients.
• Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Aligns activities with corporate goals around safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Control the performance of the teams
• Ensure the control for PM for the hybrid that is done according to the specs and the distilled water
• Ensure that regionalisation process and make sure that team of maintenance are follow the instruction
• Manage the rectification team.
• Close all WO or incident from the client in SLA
• Take control of materials in and out from Warehouse.
• Ensure all activities are done within agreed timelines accepted by clients.
• Implement the project in coordination in timeline with the customer
• Insure the performance of the teams
• Insure all report of performance and tracker of rectification on daily up to date.
• Ensure pro-active action with the team while monitoring the RMS
• Provide weekly Performance report including action plan
• Assure that 95% of the hybrid are running on Auto.
• Contractor should ensure the continuity of work and respond to emergency and client requirement when needed even through weekend and holiday
• Other assignment can be provided as needed

- Electrotechnical Engineer diploma is a must
- Minimum 5 years experience required
- AC/DC power proficient
- Good English level
- Managerial Experience
