Primary objective of the job

The role is primarily to provide administrative support for specified applications and ensure their normal functionality and availability for users

Ensure the availability of the application that he’s responsible.
• Monitor the backup jobs needed by the application.
• Attend meetings to organize and plan for the continuity of the application.
• Perform the changes requested by users in order to adapt the application with their needs
• Perform daily tasks requested by the Operation Manager.
• Tune and monitor the application performance.
• Perform or supervise any upgrade or update requested by the supplier of the application

• Computer Science or computer engineering
• 2-5 years working experience in Telecom industry
• Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Productivity tools.
Functional Skills:
• Strong SQL Knowledge
• Unix skills
• Highly self-motivated and a quick learner
• Willing to work long and odd hours at times
