Fonctions







Main duties & Responsibilities:





- Provide regular updates to Plan IH and NOs about the status of implementation of activities proposed.





- Support Emergency Grants Manager by liaising with both national and international staff to produce high quality timely and accurate donor and internal reports, proposals and other requested documents. These documents must be in line with donor specific formats where applicable.





- Assist in gathering specific information requested from other NGO’s, Headquarters, National Offices, the government etc.












Qualifications réquises

Profile :
- Experience of working in emergency situations and detailed knowledge of the main emergency donors is preferable.
- Prior experience of working in humanitarian response
- Prior experience of fundraising in humanitarian response situations, at least 2 years
- Solid track record of successful fundraising in humanitarian response situations
- External representation and communication
- Ability to work in both English and French - Excellent English writing skills
- Good planning skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work under pressure
- Good team work and ability to gather information from PUs and other colleagues
