Fonctions

Main duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all emergency grants expenditures are charged to the correct donors / GADs / POs
- To ensure all emergency grant budgets and financial reports are accurate and produced in a timely manner
- To prepare reports and financial analysis as required by the emergency grants manager


Qualifications réquises

Profile required:
- Bachelors degree
- Professional accounting qualifications (or part qualified)
- Minimum 2 years work experience (internal and/or external) or equivalent experience in relevant areas
- Excellent verbal communication skills,
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work on budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good time management and organization skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations and with colleagues of varied background
