Introduction



The Cash for Work Officer is responsible primarily for assuring that the site plan adequately reflects CFW needs, and for mobilizing CFW teams to meet those needs. The CFW officer will be involved with each site plan from beginning to end, and will also manage and coordinate payrolls and reporting for CFW participants to the CFW and M&E teams. For each selected site, the CFW officer will complete the CFW section of the work plan and coordinate all activities and procurement needed to support the work teams.



The Cash for Work Officer will report to the team Lead for matters of coordination and delivery of services for site activities, and will consult with the CFW Team Manager to address any technical issues relating to CFW, or difficulties with procurement/logistics.


Fonctions

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design CFW activities, team compositions, and a full, detailed CFW plan for each selected shelter construction site (for inclusion in the site plan)
? Mobilize all teams, and supporting services/activities for CFW to clear shelter sites. Coordinate with Team Lead and Rubble Removal teams to assure rollout of CFW activities is timely and well managed
? Procure tools and equipment for all CFW teams deployed to shelter site areas, assure timely delivery of materials to assure that CFW activities are managed and on time.
? Maintain all records for each CFW project, including: attendance sheets, payrolls, and other outputs.
? Submit reports to CFW Team Manager, payroll, and M&E officers about workers, payments, and activities, to assure proper reporting, payroll and accounting.


Qualifications réquises



• University studies in Administration, Program management or related field

• At least 2 years experience in CFW activities

• Capacity to work under pressure

• Capacity to manage a team

• Good Knowledge of English language
