Tender for proposals the services of a consultant or Consulting Firm in the framework of the mid-term evaluation of the 2nd phase of the KABOS project

Document review
Revise/ adjust methodology
Develop data collection tools
Prepare and submit the detailed workplan
Train enumerators and field test tools
Collect data (quantitative and qualitative surveys, observation, etc.)
Clean and analyze
Prepare and submit preliminary findings to CRS
Prepare and submit draft report to CRS
Collect feedback from CRS
Revise report based on comments
Prepare and submit final report to CRS

Master's degree in agronomic sciences or agriculture background preferred, social sciences, statistics or in any related fields;
?A minimum of five years of experience evaluating programs using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods;
?Knowledge of the agriculture sector; cacao especially in the Caribbean, preferably Haiti
Demonstrated skills in statistics, including experience in developing sampling methodologies and analysis plans;
?Proven experience in conducting similar works;
?Good knowledge of the Haitian environment and context;
?Ability to work in rural area in difficult conditions;
?Demonstrated communication skills in Creole, French and English;
?Ability to produce the evaluation report in both French and English;
?Experience evaluating agronomic projects / programs is an asset, as is Demonstrated experience in conducting evaluation surveys of USDA-funded projects
?Experience with INGOs or humanitarian organizations is an asset
