The Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) single award IDIQ contract is the primary vehicle through which USAID will 1) procure and provide health commodities, 2) provide technical assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. Specifically, to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities to prevent suffering, save lives, and create a brighter future for families around the world. The IDIQ has three task orders that directly support the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and USAID’s population and reproductive health program. We are providing health commodity procurement services and systems strengthening technical assistance that encompass all elements of a comprehensive supply chain. As part of project activities, Chemonics/GHSC-PSM plans to purchase and install a walk-in cold room at our warehouse located at Airport Industrial Parc, Fleuriot # 118.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for the purchase and installation of a walk-in cold room of approximate dimensions: 15’-6’’ W x 23’-0’’ L x 9’-4’’ H, or approximately 95 m3 to ensure the reliable cold storage of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals that must be kept between 2 and 8 degrees Celcius. Quotations will be required for 3 options on dimensions for the new cold room: option 1 based on 100% of volume: (15’-6’’ W x 23’-0’’ L x 9’-4’’ H, or approximately 95 m3), option 2 based on 66% of volume (approx. 15’-6” x 16’-0” x 9’-4” or 64 m3) and option 3 based on 33% of volume (approx. 15’-6” x 7’-7” x 9’-4” or 31 m3 ) per specifications sheet in Section 3.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere to the instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.
