Qualifications réquises

Bachelor' degree in Administration, social sciences or Health related field with 5 years of job related experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.

3 years of professional experience in healthcare field, department, hospital, or other health care organization working directly with medical providers, patients and comunity organizations.
Knoweldge, skills and ability
Knoweldge of budgets and budget process including mathematical and accounting skills, and ability to make sound financial decisions.

Ability to proceed on own initiative using independent judgment and discretion Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and organization skills, and interpersonal and time management skills Have a general knoweldge of policies, procedures of the Haitian Health Clinics Knoweldge of computer technology, including word processing, spreadsheet, database Have knoweldge of office management and administrative procedures, and the ability to supervise and review the work of others.
Familiarity with medical records administration, and knoweldge of clinic and physician/patient protocols
