Introduction


Fonctions

• Support area managers in the technical capacity building and supervision or Area Admin/Ops assistants.
• Training Admin/Ops assistants in the quality, accountable and consistent preparation of PRFs, timesheets, cash advances, liquidations, etc.
• Support the HoP for PaP in requests for information from area teams.
• Support the HoP for PaP in the consolidation of information from across area teams, the tracking of submission of timesheets; follow up on submitted PRFs, recruitment processes, etc.
• Plan and prepare meetings, meeting areas and meeting materials.
• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure all day to day logistics needs are met.
• Preparing for the PRF program CRRP. Register claims for payment and forward to Finance for the preparation of checks. Follow up with the Administrative Assistant for all office supplies for the program CRRP
• Ensures CRRP has an up to date contact information list for all area teams, partners, and other actors.
• Monitors the field offices’ central stock of office supplies.
• Takes notes at team meetings and shares those with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensures all area teams adhere to inventory rules and standards.
• Consolidates requests from all field teams, and translates these to one single request for all of CRRP.


Qualifications réquises

• Degree in business administration
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Prior experience with CRS a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written French and Creole, English a plus
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Earth
• Independent self starter who understands how to facilitate other’s work
• Proven capability to take initiative and organize and systematize.
