Introduction


Fonctions

• Collect the data and supporting documents from the different units of Support Services i:e: Administration, Human Resources, Logistics and Fleet etc. on monthly basis.

• Check the data and supporting documents ensuring that these are in order before submitting to the finance unit for booking into the system and issuing invoices.

• Ensure that documents are kept in order and up to date e:g: Service Agreements and Invoices issued.

• Liaise with the different units of Support Services in order to clarify the queries of the Participating National Societies (PNSs).

• Analyse the transcation booked for PNSs and advise finance unit in case there are any discrepancies.

• Analyse the financial data on regular basis and advise on the revision of the service fees, if needed.

• Work closely with Supplementary Services Delegate to understand the concept of Supplementary Services and work on costing exercise together with Supplementary Services Coordinator and Finance Unit.

• Prepare necessary reports for management.

• Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager as required.


Qualifications réquises

University Degree in finance/administration or any support services related field
Experience of working for the Red Cross/ Red Crescent
2-3 years work experience in a similar position
Experience of local commercial & contractual systems
Basic MS-Window software application
Ability to learn new software e:g: MS-Access
Fluency in English and French (Spoken and Written)
Skills in training and developing staff
Good Analytical skills
