As part of its strategic plan to develop and empower its more than 450 local staff, CARE is currently seeking a highly qualified professional SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to lead all aspects of its human resources management Fonctions The Senior Human Resources Manager is part of the country office Core Management Team and reports directly to the Country Director. This senior role directs the Human Resources Department and is responsible for all human resource functions related to National staff management (recruitment, staff orientation, performance management, staff development and retention, well-being, payroll, personnel administration, compensation/benefits, policies and procedures). In addition this position is involved in the worldwide recruitment of International staff for the Haiti operations. Qualifications réquises - Master’s degree in human resource development/management, or a related field, with at least 7 years HR professional experience, preferably with humanitarian/emergency response programs and international exposure.
