Fonctions

Assist the Advertising & Branding Manager in delivering the marketing activity required to support the growth of the business and its subsidiary businesses and to increase brand awareness.
This activity includes, but is not limited to, marketing collateral, product launches, website management, PR activity and ad hoc campaigns.


Qualifications réquises

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business administration or Journalism
• Experience working in a Marketing role in Telecommunications Services
• Understanding of the key elements of marketing mix and experience in working across these
• Experience working with technical products / terminology
• A minimum of 2 years' recent, full-time experience as Marketing & Communications Executive or Advertising Executive

Conditions de travail

? Provide brief on campaign and collateral to agencies & Prepare photo shoots
• Preparation of copy for marketing collateral including brochures, letters and website. Proof reading, editing and updating existing technical and corporate marketing collateral to ensure that the accuracy and consistency of information is maintained. Liaising with internal contacts to source information, gain input/feedback and approval for documents
? Act as go-between concerning questions and problems between agencies and Digicel – Liaising with advertising agencies and ensure that they are prompt regarding creative deadlines
? Liaise with Media buying agency and act as the team Media planner – Negotiate and monitoring radio trivia – Update Media rate chart
? Coordinate with the agencies & Medias for the distribution of the ads (to all Media)
? Control outdoor branding quality – Provide monthly report – Liaise with DAE’S to ensure better Media coverage & Branding opportunities in the provinces
? Confer with department staff to discuss topics such selection of advertising media
