Introduction

Fonctions

 To execute merchandising strategies by maintaining visual displays in the stores as prescribed by Group guidelines
 To ensure that Digicel products and ads appear in the stores at the appropriate time, in the correct fashion and in the correct quantities
 To protect the Digicel Brand image by following prescribed guidelines.
 To ensure that all stores are always clean, properly merchandise and carry a sufficient stock in adherence with Group guidelines

 To assist with upgrade of stores, installation of fixtures and Marketing material.

 To install Marketing material in all stores within the portfolio when a new campaign or promotion is launch.

 To ensure all Marketing materials are displayed in adherence with guidelines.

 To ensure Digicel products are displayed in adherence with guidelines and in the prime location of all non-exclusive stores

 To develop professional relationships with Dealers, store employees and all Digicel partners

 To communicate key information that is vital to the success of the campaigns and promotions by providing on-the-job training, feedback and by motivating other members of the store team to actively support your visual merchandising efforts.

 To Prospect on new opportunities for Digicel to offer its products to the population and achieve better penetration

 All other duties as assigned


Qualifications réquises

 A first degree in management
 2 years customer service and/or Sales and marketing experience

 Knowledge of the territory (on the geographical, social, cultural level, etc.)
 Knowledge of the local market and the telecoms
 Knowledge in customer service

 Computer literate; Microsoft Office
 Sales and marketing experience
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
 Maintaining attention to detail
 Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair and effective problem solving abilities
 Able to push, lift, and carry 30-50 pounds of merchandise and fixtures
 Prepared to work early morning and late night hours, as well as weekends and holidays.
