Fonctions

JOB PURPOSE:

To facilitate Plan Haiti’s Sponsorship communication production for one Program Unit of North East

Specific Duties
• Support the Plan Haiti Sponsorship Team
• Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and procedures
• Be a part of the PU team and maintain 0 backlog each month for the relevant PU

Major Responsibilities

• Data entry and assembly for the relevant Program Unit
• Ensure the shipment of all documents and communication relevant to the Program Unit to the relevant National Office
• Ensure high qualify and timing of the documents as per standard
• Manage all aspect regarding sponsorship
• Manage all Sponsor Child Information documents (SCIs) issue related to the Program Unit including unusable Family Profile
• Manage all Sponsorship update documents issue related to the program unit
• Manage all Sponsor Parent Letters and Sponsor Child Response process
• Manage all Gift’s process from Sponsors
• Manage all cancellation ( Graduation) process for the relevant Program Unit
• Manage Absence Sponsor Family (ASF) and Field Director Welcom (FDW) letters production
• Maintain good relationships with field staff involved in sponsorship communication production
• Provide support to Program Unit staff for sponsorship and communication issues


Qualifications réquises

Qualifications & Experiences

• University Level
• High computer skills
• Good Knowledge of French, English (Spanish a plus)
• Dynamic, positive, creative and good attitude
• Good Communication Skill
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks
• Community Development experience a plus
