Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Database Administrator. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database in order to keep all interactions streamlined, accurate and documented, thereby supporting an overall organized approach to Habitat's partnership management.

*Maintaining a customer relationship management system, capturing all information about current and potential partners for HFH Haiti and for the HFHI Haiti Disaster Response

*Enter and refresh various data on partner organizations

*Monitor all input of data into the system to ensure data quality and integrity

*Compile reports as needed for resource development staff

*Keep relevant Haiti partnership information synchronized with other databases via SharePoint

*Maintain email lists

*Perform administrative tasks to support the donor relations team including preparing expense reports, meeting documents and arranging travel plans, etc.

*Other duties as assigned

*1-2 years of related work experience
*Non-profit experience preferred
*Demonstrated experience working with MS Excel
*Ability to work independently
*Experience working in a post-disaster and international environment
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
*Experience with Habitat for Humanity's work and mission preferred
*Moderate to advanced English fluency required
