MAIN DUTIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Supervise, manage, coordinate, and communicate all site activities of site
Staff, sub-contractors, trades and suppliers etc, and ensure timely response to project requirements.
• Under supervision of WatSan Delegate, lead in development of technical designs, supervision of implementation and contract administration for piped water distribution networks, water treatment units, elevated tanks and water vendor kiosks.
• Foresee potential technical challenges and find engineering solutions and communicate and coordinate the solutions with Watsan Delegate.
• Produce all the necessary Bil of Materials required for completion of the assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Secondary degree in Civil Engineering/Sanitary or Hydraulic Engineering
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible related preferably in a setting related to design and implementation of water supply and distribution schemes, including direct site supervisory experience
• Engineering computer applications particularly in AutoCad, EPANET
• Computer skills MS OFFICE
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills
• Creative and results oriented able to work with minimum supervision
• High level of initiantive , and ability to achieve results through effective interaction with other staff
• Demonstrated ability to manage change,to communicate effectively,both orally and writing
• Working knowledge of English language
