Introduction
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in
order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Fonctions
Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
Prepare periodic reports of payments, checks, transfers, etc.
Match daily the invoices with the collections receipts.
File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
Register the daily operations in the sales system.
Match invoices to order / receipt to obtain authorization for payment.
Manage daily workload to ensure that all clients invoices are registered.
Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Coordinate direct office services, such as records, general services, and housekeeping.
Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Other duties as assigned by Administrative Coordinator.
Qualifications réquises
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• APA preferred
• Basic knowledge in Customs Regulations
• Advance knowledge of local taxes regulations
• 2 - 3 years prior experience in similar jobs
• Demonstrated ability to multi task, achieve results and meet deadlines
• MUST have advanced / strong Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the analysis of financial data
• Team orientation
• Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping.
• Languages: French/English
