• To identify creative solutions to internal customer requests pertaining to the charging systems
• To monitor charging system performance, issues and alarms and address them
• To coordinate with support contractors to receive first level support
• To create scripts in Unix to achieve O&M and other company objectives
• To coordinate with overseas resources to help achieve goals and objectives.
Charging Systems Engineer
• Responsible to perform O&M tasks assigned
• To Support customer care with inquires
• To modify tariff structures to meet internal customer requests
• To work on EMM/ EMA and OSS as required

• BSc/Diploma in Computer Science or programming
• 2- 5 years experience with billing and charging systems
• Ericsson experience ideal
• 2-5 years experience in Telecommunications and IT environment
• Telco and IT background
• Understanding of the telecommunication Business
• Able to work in a team in a challenging environment
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to multitask
• Flexible and willing to accept and adapt to constant changes
• Good inter personal skills
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Suite
