The Procurement and Supply Management project will be the primary vehicle
through which USAID will 1) procure and provide health commodities, 2) provide technical
assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborate with
key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. The Haiti office will work under
two of the project’s task orders (HIV/AIDS and Population and Reproductive Health) to provide
commodities and supply chain technical assistance.

Position Purpose:
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible to provide Administrative Support to the
Human Resources department to meet the objectives of the GHSC-PSM Haiti project. The Human
Resources Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Tasks:
Specific tasks to be completed under this SOW are as follows:
• Update all employee files on SharePoint and in hard copy (now: 101 files).
• Compilation of all HR process and Checklist implemented in the project on SharePoint
and Hard copy.
• Compile and complete all recruitment files from January 2022 to early 2023 to track all
stages of the process.
• Compile in hard copy and on SharePoint all TimeSheets from the year 2020 to early
2023.
• Maintain and update the contact list.
• Support HR unit on update of databases.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager

Job Qualifications
• Diploma in secretary or degree in business administration or related field
• At least 1 year of professional relevant work experience;
• Experience working on USAID-funded projects or other donor-funded projects is
preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English preferred and French is required.

This is a Short--term position for 4 months.
Chemonics may amend the SOW for this assignment in consultation with the employee.
