Fonctions

To manage all back office activities of Sales department primarily, reporting for all commercial activities, Stock control, commercial relationship with corporate customers, coordination between sales & billing department
• Sales reporting and business analysis
• Coordination between Sales and other functional departments like billing, customer care, marketing, distribution
• Support all back office activities related to corporate sales and the retail dealer channel
• Manage sales process enhancement/re-engineering projects


Qualifications réquises

• At least 2 to 3 years of sales or sales back office experience
• Excellent analytical and spreadsheet modeling skills (MS Excel)
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Management with strong IT concentration
• Good communication skills both oral & writing. (Multi-lingual English, French & Creole)
• Expert understanding of MS Office suite especially excel, power point, access & word
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Good planning and Organizational Skill.
• Excellent network skills
• The ability to persuade and influence others at all levels
• Highly motivated and flexible
• Highly sociable
• Sound business acumen
