Fonctions

The Project Manager is responsible, but not limited to, leading service and application development and implementation, management of vendors of applications and service platforms, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and to user requirements. Manage multiple cross functional technical projects throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate application & service development projects
Manage project budgets and resources
Draft and implement policies and procedures
Coordination of group wide development effort and resources
Prepare feasibility studies, functional specification, and tender process.
Work with vendors and outsourcing companies


Qualifications réquises

• Manage Recruitment & Selection projects up to management level
.Develop robust staffing model Manage H.R. Statistics, provide reports and analysis • Manage and provide advice on employee relation issues & projects.
• Facilitate conflict resolutions.
• Develop Policies & Procedures, plus Employee Handbook
• Lead Ad doc Road shows on projects, policies & procedures
8. Provide guidance to Senior management on all levels on labor relations.
9. Develop internal communications process
10.Benchmark and project manage the employee compensation & benefits and staff welfare programmers
11. Develop Reward & Recognition structure 12. Support the Digicel Performance Management System.
