Fonctions

To ensure the company’s image in marketing communications and merchandising including but not limited to advertising, public relations and collateral development is kept at a consistently high level.
Liaise and work with the internal GSM marketing organization to manage advertising and PR agencies and printers for wireless broadband promotions.
Liaise and work with the internal GSM marketing organization to manage the ad agency on development of new creative and advertising for wireless broadband products and services.
Liaise and work with the internal GSM marketing organization to manage the external PR agency to ensure the public image of Digicel is maintained /draft press releases in relation to the wireless broadband service and its products.
Liaise and work with the internal GSM marketing organization to manage the external Publishers to ensure deadlines are kept and there is a constant supply of communications material.
Develop and maintain all external communications for wireless broadband.
Manage the production of all collateral material at point of sale. e.g. Welcome letters, welcome pack product guide, pricing guide, roaming guide, internal & external web pages etc.
Develop scripts for all call center announcements for the wireless broadband customer care centre.
Identify sponsorships that Digicel should be involved with and develop appropriate promotions advertising around all sponsorships.
Work with Promotions Manager to ensure all events are coordinated.
Write, or have written, speeches for the Head of Wireless Broadband, Directors and other key company personnel in relation to the service.
Have budget responsibility for line items of advertising & PR.
Working with the Retail & Distribution Manager to ensure that merchandising is up to date and readily available.
Liaise with OEM (handset manufacturers) re coop funding.


Qualifications réquises

BSc in Marketing.
3 -5 years experience working in an aggressive FMCG organization.

Good understanding of development processes.
Ability to multi-task.
Good communicator - writing, speaking (without notes) to many audiences,
Computer literate.
Presentation skills.
