Main Responsabilities :
• To provide strategic and operational leadership for Child Protection programs contributing to a safer environment for children.
• Promote, develop and support Protection Mechanisms and Procedures at national and local level.
• Support the Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Plan Haiti’s Child Protection Policy

Profile required :

- Minimum three years in community development work, especially with children
- Experience in project management
- Degree in Social Science, Human Science, Law (preferably Master)
- Good knowledge of the protection system
- Excellent knowledge of the CRC and Haitian legal framework regarding child rights
Skills :
- Fluency in French, Creole /English and Spanish a plus
- Strategic Planning skills, analytical skills Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to work independently but Team work spirit
- Ability to travel often to the field
- Good facilitating skills, Good Training skills
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other practical software
