Background

The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) is a United States based not-for-profit organization. It currently has a fleet of 8 vehicles. Seven light 4x4 vehicles and one 3 mt truck: 3 Toyota Hilux, 2 Nissan Frontier, 2 Ford Everest and 1 Mitsubishi Fuso (3 mt) truck. The light vehicles are mostly 2010/1 and the truck 2008.

UMCOR-Haiti is seeking a general maintenance and repair garage to manage the work on our fleet. We are looking for quotes for the following services. We require that prices offered will remain in effect for a period of 6 months minimum.

-Differential maintenance

-Labor Cost

Scope of Work
The service Provider must use original parts when performing maintenance and repairs and consider the quality of work based on industry standard requirements.

5. Targeted areas ( Pétion-Ville, Tabarre, Port-au-Prince, Delmas)
