The Procurement and Supply Management project will be the primary vehicle through which USAID will 1) procure and provide health commodities, 2) provide technical assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. The Haiti office will work under two of the project’s task orders (HIV/AIDS and Population and Reproductive Health) to provide commodities and supply chain technical assistance

Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), implementing the Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) – Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) Program (hereinafter referred to as GHSC-PSM Program (also referred to as “Project”) is soliciting EOI to prequalify Suppliers to establish eligibility for a general framework procurement mechanism called a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for listed basic laboratory commodities and consumables for Haiti. The BOA will be valid for up to three (3) years and is based on DDP 2020 INCOTERMs. Interested Suppliers will be provided Request for Information documents in English and through email using MS Word and Adobe software.

Responses will be used to confirm eligibility for distribution of Notices, including published Invitations to Bid, Requests for Quotation or Requests for Proposal, regarding the Project’s future activities.

Late submittals will be considered at the discretion of the Project.

Questions and/or clarifications regarding this EOI must be submitted via email to above referred email no later than July 30, 2020, 16H00 Eastern time, All correspondence and/or inquiries regarding this solicitation must reference the EOI number. No phone calls or in-person inquiries will be entertained; all questions and inquiries must be in writing.

However, a submittal of a response does not guarantee that the Interested Party will be contacted to submit a proposal for services or perform any services.

The GHSC-PSM Program reserves the right to make multiple pre-selections, no pre-selections or to cancel this request for Expressions of Interest at its sole discretion.
