The purpose of the Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) single award IDIQ contract is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities to prevent suffering, save lives, and create a brighter future for families around the world. The IDIQ has three task orders that directly support the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and USAID’s population and reproductive health program. We are providing health commodity procurement services and systems strengthening technical assistance that encompass all elements of a comprehensive supply chain. As part of project activities, the GHSC-PSM plans to purchase and install a cool room at our warehouse located at Airport Industrial Parc Fleuriot # 118. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for the purchase and delivery of 5550 heavy plastic pallets rackable with 3 soles.

HEAVY PLASTIC PALLETS RACKABLE WITH 3 SOLES : LENGTH = 1200mm , WIDTH = 800mm, HEIGHT = BETWEEN 150 and 160 mm

Must be legally registered in Haiti.
