Introduction
This notification is issued in accordance with IFB No. AVANSE-GS-IRI-2018-04, clause 9, it consists to inform bidders the cancellation the pre bid conference and site visit dates for above referenced IFB.
The pre bid conference and site visit initially scheduled on January 24th and 25th, 2018 are cancelled. Consequently, the deadline for submission initially scheduled on February 15th is also cancelled.
Furthermore, pursuant to IFB No. AVANSE-GS-IRI-2018-04, clause 28.3, the entire bidding process is cancelled.
