Within an emergency project funded by the European Community Humanitarian Office (ECHO), CARE is implementing an international tender procedure to purchase urgently required shelter reinforcement and repair kits comprising wood, rope, nails, hurricane strapping, pickets, anchors, plastic bags of type Ziploc or equivalent and material bags to be used for the reinforcement of shelter for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.
